PSVITA

Ok, Sony's E3 press conference just wrapped up and it was a good show. The #1 thing announced tonight was NGP now known as PSVITA information. There are over 80 titles in development for PSVITA which will be launching at the end of this year (I know what I'm getting for Christmas) including the likes of Uncharted, Wipeout, Modnation Racers, Little Big Planet, Street Fighter X Tekken and a new Bioshock title. All of which looked great and cant wait to play. I was super excited to hear that there will be two SKU's at launch, a $249 WiFi only model and a $299 3G + WiFi model with 3G data being provided exclusively by ATT which I have no problem with since i dont live in New York or San Fransisco where ATT service is apparently bad. All in all it looks like the 3DS is gonna have some well armed competition by years end and that this guy is gonna have a new gaming device, Sweet!

Fuck Logs

I recently took a trip to my local fishing hole to #1 catch some fish #2 test out my new popper and #3 feed some geese/ducks. All of these goals were met and everything was flowing right along. That is until about 2 hours after using the popper it got snagged on a tree turned water logged fishing deathtrap. I tried everything i could think of to free the lure from the clutches of the long dead hands of the tree before me but nothing was working. After 15 or 20 minuets of fighting and thinking of ways to get my popper back i finally gave in and accepted that i was gonna loose the recently invested in bait. So with a few tugs and a last ditch effort to just rip the lure free the line broke off at the knot holding the popper to my line. Even though i knew it was gonna happen i was still pissed about it because i had just bought it 2 days earlier and had yet to land a single Bass on it, although i did somehow manage to snag a 3 inch bluegill on the 2 inch floating grasshopper. After the line snapped back at me i stood stared and decided that one day I would walk out to said deathtrap of a tree and take back my lost investment but that it wouldn't
be right away. So someday soon maybe when it gets hotter and i feel like taking a bit of a swim I will venture to the spot where the "life" of my new friend was lost and reclaim what is mine from that goddamn tree. So watch your back tree, I'M COMING FOR YOU!

L.A. Noire

So should be picking up L.A. Noire tomorrow before I go to work. I really think it's going to be a great game, however I'm not so sure that i should write anything about it. I mean does anyone really want to hear about it? Let me know and I'll see what's up.

Just had an amazing idea. Action adventure multiplayer RPG Power Rangers game. Select your favorite ranger and do the RPG thing. Fight monsters gain XP, weapons, armor/power-ups, level up and shit. Call Zords for boss battles and fortified enemies. The best part would be creating a custom team of rangers and calling all Zords to form a megazord. Run around an open world environment taking on the forces of evil and perhaps other teams of rangers to prove your power. Sounds like a winner to me. My unstoppable 2 man team white and green can be beat, and Chris buddy you know I got dibs on green.

Fishing

Today marks the first catch of the season for me. Although it's the 3rd attempt it was the first time I've caught anything so far. It's that time of year in which spring is taking control and warmer weather is becoming the norm. The water has warmed up enough for fish to have energy to actively hunt for food rather than to conserve their energy but staying still as much as possible. So at this time when they feel they can hunt after the long cold winter months they are hitting whatever hits the water. It's nice to have fishing season back. Good to feel the fighting fish at the end of my line. Didn't do to bad today, caught about 3 dozen blue gills, a crappie and a full blooded bass boy she was a beauty. Actually I have a few photos, One of the Bass the Crappie and of a rather big Blue Gill.

 

Yup turned out to be a pretty good day. Nothing astounding in terms of size but a helluva lot better that reeling in empty. Btw these photos were taken with my Ipod. Not bad if i do say so myself.
